Purpose and feature of the machine

LS541KR is extra-width fabric folding and rolling machine. It is mainly used in finishingworkshop of sunshade net factory and plastic factory for checking and mending of finishingmesh fabrics.
ln order to get the best transport packaging:
1. The width of fabric from 3 to 6.2 meters. Meters can be folded and winded from big rolls to small.
2. The width of fabric from 1 to 3 meters can be full-width inspected and winded frombig rolls to small.

◆ Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed; controlled by multi-frequency converters, tension synchronously adjustable, Driven by reducer.
◆ Photoelectric sensor controls fabric auto edge-alignment; Edge-alignment for foldingdriven by Hydro cylinder. Edge-alignment for winding - frequency converter controlsreducer drive.
◆ Cylinder controls the tightness of continuous fabric Rolls. Rolls without paper tube isavailable.
◆ Using domestic advanced meter counter (Amends, fixed length, measuring andaccumulation functions, it can also display the working speed)
◆ Optional electronic sensor weighting Device - Record the weight of finished rolls.
