Purpose and feature of the machine

This double Raschel machine is apt for the production of plush fabrics for garments; carpets; toys and decorating.
The opened cam gearing for driving the knitting elements is easy to maintenance. Only the pile yarn guide-bars swing so that the machine can run faster. And the pile yarn can be supplied from beam or directly from creels. The distance of two knock-over comb bars can be adjusted between 16mm-60mm (total pile height).
