For example, our proven GE2819 double-bed shade net machine can reach a maximum speed of 600 rpm, effectively meeting the demands of high-efficiency production. Meanwhile, models such as our SGE2319TL maintain a stable weaving speed of 200–450 rpm, ensuring consistent output during prolonged high-speed operation.

Web Width Adjustment Capabilities

We fully understand our customers’ diverse requirements regarding web width and therefore offer highly flexible options. Our widest model, the SGE2319TL single-bed warp knitting machine, boasts an impressive working width of up to 532 inches (approximately 13.5 metres). The working widths of our standard models also cover a wide range of specifications, from 42 inches (approx. 1.1 metres) to 434 inches (approx. 11 metres), allowing you to customise flexibly according to your own production needs.

Raw Material Compatibility

You can rest assured regarding raw material compatibility. Our warp knitting machines are perfectly suited to monofilaments spun from HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), as well as various synthetic fibres such as nylon, polyester and viscose. Whether flat or round yarns, our warp feeding system ensures stable and precise operation, thereby guaranteeing consistent quality in the finished shade net products.

Weaving Density and Mesh Precision

Our equipment can precisely control mesh size and fabric density by adjusting the density range (for example, the GE2819 model has an adjustable range of 2.0–14.5 turns per centimetre), meeting various shading requirements.
