Purpose and feature of the machine
LS421-10 is extra-width fabric four-folding and rolling machine. It is mainly used in
finishing workshop of sunshade net factory and plastic factory for checking and mending ofvarious finishing mesh fabrics.
ln order to get the best transport packaging:
1. The width of fabric from 6meters to 10 meters can be four-folded and winded from bigrolls to small
2. The width of fabric from 1meter to 2.5 meters can be full-width inspected and windedfrom big rolls to small.
1. Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed; Three Frequency converterseach control reducers of main roller, assistant roller and it can achieve forward and reverse working.
2. Double triangle vertical installation - the fabric will be four-folded automatically duringinspection.
3. Equipped with two inspection platforms and lighting Device for fabric checking.
4. Cylinder controls the tightness of continuous fabric rolls. Rolls without paper tube is alsoavailable.
5. Using domestic advanced meter counter (Amendment, Fixed length, Measuring andAccumulation functions; it can also display the working speed).
6. Optional electronic sensor weighting Device - Record the weight of finished rolls.
